What does your pricing include?
Continuous coverage of your event or wedding for the amount of hours needed, hi-resolution digital JPEG files with print release (no water markings), professional retouching & editing on all images, a private online photo gallery to share with friends and family, travel & tax. *Items such as albums, prints or engagement/portrait sessions are not included but can be added if desired. Contact me for details.

How many pictures will we receive?
I typically shoot & deliver 50-75 final shots per hour of coverage. For an 8 hour day I deliver, on average, 650 photographs. This is just an average and could be significantly more for larger weddings or events of 100-300 people.

Do you edit all of our photographs?
Yes, I do! Every image that you receive has been individually hand-edited, one at a time, without batching in bulk groups or mass-producing the results. I often select a few favorites for special attention above and beyond the individual image editing.

What are the next steps?

Super simple – No faxes, email attachments, pdf’s, or scanning!

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, due to the high volume of inquiries received, I require a 50% deposit of the total amount to reserve my services for your event or wedding day.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
If you cancel before the wedding date, I retain the down payment (because I am turning away other possible bookings) and this can be used as a photo credit to be used at a later date.

Do you travel outside of the San Francisco Bay Area?
Yes! My passport is ready for your next adventure. Clients will be responsible for travel expenses (airfare, airport parking, lodging, and car rental)

Do you have past clients we can speak to as references?
I can absolutely understand why you’d ask this. After all, if you’re applying for a job, it’s customary to list your previous employers as references. I don’t provide client references to prospective wedding couples for a few reasons. First of all, any reference I would give you would be biased – of course I’d choose clients that I know would speak most highly about myself and my services. Second of all, I truly respect my clients’ investment in my services and work, and could never ask a client to market for me on their own time.
